Kwa kuwa kasi ya wanaojiunga elimu ya juu nchini imeongezeka wastani wa (48% kwa mwaka) na Wizara imeona vijana wanapomaliza elimu ya juu wanakuwa na elimu ya nadharia katika fani walizozisomea ,tumeona kuna umuhimu wa elimu ya ujasiriamli, mitaji na maeneo ya kufanyia uzalishaji na biashara ambavyo ni msingi wa programu hii. Programu hii ni bora kwa kuwa ina vigezo vya ufuatiliaji na tathimini ya utekelezaji. LENGO: Lengo kuu la program ni kuongeza fursa za Ajira 30,000 za moja kwa moja kwa vijana wahitimu wa elimu ya juu kwa kipindi cha miaka mitatu (3) na kuwawezesha vijana kujiajiri na hata kuajiri vijana wengine kutokana na miradi watakayoibuni wao wenyewe. As nonprofits, volunteer groups, youth programs , and nongovernmental organizations take on larger roles in contributing to local well-being, the active collaboration between youth and adults is vital to the long-term success of development efforts. Similarly, as community service activities become a more standardized component of high school programs, youth are being given opportunities to become long-term contributors to local development efforts. There are nine general steps planners can follow to assist youth in becoming leaders and active participants within their community. Steps to Take 1. Provide youth opportunities to contribute. Consider new ways to involve youth and allow them to offer input during decision-making, problem-solving, and action-taking activities. You will find this material arranged by topics, which will facilitate your search. For instance, if your NGO is proposing a programme to train young people in your community, make sure to read the reports written about youth unemployment and write down facts (which could further support your case)

Thanks to our Partner Christian Faith InAction (C.F.A), as member of Christian Support Foundation(C.S.F) under Wise Men Council, I and my Partners(C.F.A), we were able to reach the unreachable people in Manafwa, Mbale - Eastern Uganda, close to mountain Elgon! few miles from Kenyan Border..It was there with  my friends from Christian Faith InAction (C.F.A) who made a huge change by helping children to get back to school with UNIFORMS and BOOKS.. and it was a challenge to local leaders who gave us 3 days to stay with them and share with them different ideas! the village welcomed us with great strength..That is a place where cars and motorbikes can never reach(parts of Mountain slides )! we had to walk for more than 3 hours to get there..It was a life time challenge..but from that! kids are now getting back to school with BOOKS..thanks to Christian Faith InAction (C.F.A)..You can also  be part of successful stories.                         Tessi, Tabitha and the kids that they supp

kutokana na sababu za kiuchumi, imeonekana kutakuwa na tatizo la kufanikiwa kwa vijana ambao wametolea macho selikali pekee na kushindwa kujiimarisha kwa njia mbadala au njia nyingine! imeonekana kwa utafiti uliofanywa na mtafta habari wetu ambaye amekuwa akifatilia maendeleo ya vijana walioweka nia yao ya mafanikio kupitia mlango wa selikali ili wafikie malengo..akiongea na baadhi ya vijana ambao wameonekana kukatishwa tamaa baada ya selikali kuweka mkazo kwenye mambo mengine tofauti! na kuweka la vijana kwenye listi yenye uvumilivu mkali ambayo inaweza kuchukua muda mrefu sana..baadhi yao wakitoa machoz wamesema ni afadhali tungejua mapema sasa tungekuwa mbali katika harakati zetu..lakini tunashukuru kwa baadhi ya secta binafsi ambazo zinashirikiana na selikali katika kuinua maendeleo ya Vijana, hatuna budi kukabiliana na hali halisi iliyopo kwa sasa! hivyo tunaiomba selikali kuzidisha na kuiendeleza KAMPENI KALI juu ya maendeleo ya vijana Tanzania..baadhi ya vijana wanazidi kuangami
